An agreed view of the forecourt.

Review visible activity around selected pump lanes and parking areas. A view of the forecourt does not establish fuel payment status or cover every vehicle.

  • Choose the pump lanes and viewing angles.
  • Agree activity thresholds and contact instructions.

Know what the entrance view can show.

Observe visible entry, exit and activity near selected doors. Agree trading hours and authorized access expectations; a camera image alone does not identify someone or establish intent.

  • Check lighting, obstruction and blind spots.
  • Define after-hours concerns and who to contact.

Put counter observations in context.

Review visible counter and cash-handling activity within the agreed scope. Transaction amounts, voids and refunds require separately authorized, usable POS records for comparison.

  • Confirm screen and camera visibility.
  • Keep observed facts separate from unresolved questions.

Give deliveries a clear review process.

Observe visible access and movement in selected rear or delivery areas. Compare timing with an approved schedule where provided; footage alone cannot verify the contents of every box.

  • Supply delivery windows and exception instructions.
  • Record coverage limits and any unresolved follow-up.

Actual coverage depends on the selected views, image quality, lighting, connectivity and agreed hours. The text beside this map describes each example zone.

Reporting you can understand

What was seen.
What was done.
What needs your attention.

Useful reporting separates visible facts from assumptions. A simple record should help you understand the observation, the action taken and anything that remains unresolved.

OBSERVATION

A person remains near the entrance after the agreed trading hours. The camera view does not establish their intent.

ACTION

The operator checks the available view and follows the site’s agreed contact sequence.

FOLLOW-UP

The observation and contact attempt are logged for owner review. Any unresolved question stays clearly identified.

Demonstration only. Not a customer incident, live feed or functioning portal.

Common questions

A few things worth knowing.

Can you work with the cameras I already have?

Potentially. NETEX first reviews the camera system, authorized access method, selected views, connectivity and image quality. Compatibility must be confirmed; no universal camera or platform support is promised.

Does “live monitoring” mean every camera is watched at all times?

No. The service covers the views, hours and tasks confirmed in the agreement. Do not assume continuous coverage of every camera or every event. Any round-the-clock requirement needs its own agreed scope.

Can you verify cash handling and POS exceptions?

Visible counter observation can be scoped separately. Comparing a void, refund or other transaction against footage requires appropriate POS records, usable timestamps and separately authorized access.

What happens after I ask for a risk review?

NETEX discusses your site and priorities and checks whether the service is a suitable fit. A review request does not activate monitoring or create a service agreement. Select a review link to open the CoreVision form and send your requirements directly to admin@netexsecurity.com.
